Molecular biological characterization of antagonistic bacteria Genomic DNA of the antagonist bacteria was extracted using the Dynaeco (TSP701-50) Bacterial Extraction Kit and used as a template for PCR amplifications using the bacterial universal primers 27 F (5-AGAGAGTTTGATCCTGGCTCAG-3) and 1492R (5-GGTTACCTTGTTAGACTT-3).The 16 S rRNA region of antagonistic bacteria was amplified and sequencd, and the obtained sequences were analyzed via Basic Local Alignment Search Tool (BLAST) at the National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI).The phylogenetic tree was constructed using the Neighbor-Joining method with MEGA11.0 software and bootstrap values were calculated through 1000 replicates
