Agrigento Olive Tree Candle scent/candlelight and travelsNot the oil, but the tree itself: the leaf, the bark, the branch, the grove. This candle draws from two places at once, the olive trees at Flamingo Estate, descended from old Mediterranean varieties, and the ancient groves surrounding Agrigento's Valley of the Temples on the southern coast of Sicily, where Greek temples rise from a garden of olive, almond, carob, and wild herbs. At sunset both places smell the same: green, floral, woody, alive.
